A New Standard

With increasing investor appetite for Asian real estate exposure, the time has come for an Asian investors forum similar to　those established in North America and Europe.  This forum would allow investors, to share market information, improve market transparency, raise industry standards, promote key issues and strengthen investment cooperation.

Since early 2005, the founding members of the steering committee have been meeting regularly to plan the formation of this organization.  Talks are underway with AREF and AFIRE to form strategic relationships to accelerate the successful establishment of that forum.
